Data controller

Akılkent is a start-up run under the TÜBİTAK BİGG 1812 programme by founders who graduated from TOBB ETÜ Industrial Engineering. Until the company is incorporated, the data controller is founding partner Gencay Eren Kaya; this notice will be updated with company details on incorporation.

Which data, for what purpose

The free pre-analysis form collects name, organisation, e-mail, phone and fleet size. This data is processed only to respond to your request, schedule the pre-analysis conversation and prepare a suitable offer. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing and is not sold.

Legal basis

Data is processed under Article 5 of the Law on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form and the necessity of fulfilling your request.

Retention and transfer

Form submissions reach the founding partners by e-mail and are kept until the end of the conversation process; if no offer stage follows, they are deleted within one year at the latest. The service provider used for the form infrastructure processes the data for transmission only.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can reach us through the form or by e-mail at info@akilkent.com.
