Our other projects

Same team, same principle: a proven method does the maths.

Akılkent plans routes for operations with vehicles and stops. But a business loses efficiency not only on the road; it also leaks in the warehouse, at the till, in the order list and in work repeated every day. Our team takes the same approach to those decisions: start with the data you have, leave the calculation to a proven method, measure the result.

AI-assisted industrial engineer

Self-Opt

Akılkent handles the routing decision; Self-Opt carries the same approach to a business's other decisions: inventory, queues, demand forecasting and repetitive work. You describe the problem in everyday language, and the calculation is done by proven industrial engineering methods. For small and medium businesses, with no technical knowledge required.

Used standalone in the browser, or connected by API to ERP systems such as SAP, Logo and Mikro.

Which decisions does it handle?

When, and how much, should I order?

Inventory optimization

From monthly sales, lead time and ordering cost it computes the optimal order quantity and the reorder point; change the parameters and see the scenarios instantly.

How long are your customers waiting?

Queue management

At the till, in the waiting room or on the production line: from hourly arrivals and service time it computes how many tills, counters or machines are needed and the average waiting time.

How much will you sell next?

Demand forecasting

Detects seasonality and trend in past sales data; gives forecasts and confidence intervals for the coming week, month and year.

Get rid of the drudgery.

Process automation

Hands repetitive work such as invoice entry, report compilation and e-mail classification to AI agents; asks for your approval only in exceptional cases.

How does it work?

Five steps. The AI works in the first two, the calculation in the fourth; the two never mix. This is the principle Akılkent applies to route planning as well: the result is a calculation, not a conversational guess.

  1. You describe

You write the problem in your own words.

  2. The AI understands

It decides which method is needed and asks for missing information.

  3. Validation layer

Data passes unit, logic and range checks; faulty data never reaches the calculation.

  4. Deterministic engine

The calculation runs in pre-written, tested code. The AI does not touch this step.

  5. Result and explanation

The result is explained in plain language; you compare scenarios instantly.

Where do the two meet?

Akılkent handles the road; Self-Opt handles the warehouse, the till and the order list. Their focus differs, but in a business these decisions depend on each other. Where they meet, the two products can be applied together: the output of one becomes the input of the other.

Demand forecast → Route plan

How much will be collected, how many vehicles are needed?

Self-Opt forecasts next week's volume; Akılkent plans vehicle count and routes for that volume. In collection and distribution, the busy day is no surprise.

Orders and stock → Delivery

Once the order is set, the route is set.

Self-Opt computes when and how much to order; Akılkent places delivery and unloading points on the route by that schedule. The warehouse and the road run on one plan.

Route plan → Process automation

The plan reaches the field, the result reaches the system, by itself.

Akılkent produces the day's plan; Self-Opt's agents send it to drivers and post actual kilometres and the report to the ERP. No manual data entry in between.

Service

End-to-end digital transformation

If routing and decision modules are not enough, we take on the whole job: analysis of your current processes, ERP selection and setup or integration with the ERP you already use, the data infrastructure, connecting the Akılkent and Self-Opt modules to that system, and a website that talks to it. Not as one big project, but starting small: one process, one measurable result, then expansion.

  • Process analysis and data inventory

Which decision is made where, with which data? We map this first; the first step of digital transformation is this map, not software.

  • ERP selection, setup and integration

If you have no ERP, selecting and setting up the one that fits your business; if you do, connecting by API to systems such as SAP, Logo and Mikro.

  • Connecting decision modules to your system

Order quantities, alerts and route plans do not stay on separate screens; they flow straight into the system you use.

  • Website and customer portal

We build your website as part of your system, not as a shop window: stock and orders flow into your ERP, citizen and customer requests flow straight into planning.
